That would totally suck! If this happened to you, we are very sorry. Just send us an email with your name, phone number, the name of the experience, and the experience date. A full refund will be issued to you within one week.
YES. All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges. Experiences purchased may be transferable with at least 48 hours’ notice sent to firstname.lastname@example.org.
